I started in real estate at the age of 18. A promise to purchase on a twelve-unit building, helped by my mother who was a broker at the time.
At only 21 years old, I was managing a multiplex of sixteen units in a difficult sector of Longueuil.
In 1993, I bought a quintuplex on St-Joseph Boulevard. At that time, the market was not as we know it today: the building had been for sale for years!
The stock market offered excellent returns, which meant that the market was not very good at the time. This lasted until the end of the 90s. At that time, buildings were gaining little or no value. Fortunately, the real estate market has recovered and has been growing steadily since the beginning of the millennium.
It goes without saying that I have always been passionate about architecture and real estate, especially when it comes to heritage preservation. I also have a solid experience in revenue properties.
Not to mention the fact that I have also been a denturologist in Montreal since 1988.
My love for Montreal is great and, for several years now, I have been very active and involved in various community initiatives to support residents and merchants in my neighbourhood.
