The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/farciq.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FARCIQ<\/a>\u00a0therefore ensures the professional liability of all real estate brokers and mortgage agencies in Quebec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its role is divided into three parts: <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 First, it provides protection in the event of misconduct, error, negligence or omission that may be committed by a brokerage licensee in the course of his or her professional activities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Secondly, it ensures compensation for the resulting loss when professional liability occurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 Finally, it addresses the needs and concerns of the brokers with respect to their liability insurance while helping them to prevent risks associated with professional mistakes.
