Les d\u00e9lices de la mer<\/em> is a well-known fish merchant in the Gasp\u00e9 Peninsula, we already are familiar with them for their location at the Jean-Talon Market. It was therefore a pleasant surprise to see that the fish shop has moved to Avenue Mont-Royal in front of our agency. <\/span><\/h1>\n

Les d\u00e9lices de la mer<\/em> offers a wide selection of fresh products from the Gasp\u00e9 Peninsula. You already may know it: eating fish is good for you, and if it’s fresh caught in our beautiful province, it’s even better. It is for this particular reason that we have decided to discuss with them in the interest of introducing you to this new location and encouraging local sourcing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We prefer local products<\/b><\/h2>\n

We know that the heart of the Gasp\u00e9 region beats to the rhythm of the fishery. This region is rich in seafood products and the quality is exceptional. It is in this region that Les d\u00e9lices de la mer<\/em> was born. Today it has established itself in Montreal to offer its finest products. As eco-brokers and committed citizens, we encourage them in this approach that values and promotes fresh and local products. There is nothing better for fish lovers than knowing that the product being tasted is healthy and local. Eating fresh fish is good for your health, but it also means travelling to the ocean through your taste buds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From Mont-Royal Avenue to Ahuntsic\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

One good thing brings another, and one can even say that one store will bring another! In addition to finding the delights of the sea in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal, you will also be able to buy fresh fish on Fleury in Ahuntsic in the fall of 2019. During the holiday season, we all like to treat ourselves with hearty good meals with our families, whether it’s for Christmas or December 31st. Fish, seafood and shellfish are often on the menu. What could be better than having fun while eating healthy with good fresh and local produce? Les d\u00e9lices de la mer<\/em> offers you a wide choice of products that everyone loves to enjoy, including oysters caught in the heart of our beautiful Gasp\u00e9 Peninsula. We’re almost looking forward to December, right? Your local fish store is waiting for you in its two, soon to be three, Montreal stores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Les D\u00e9lices de la mer,<\/em> created in 1998, has 50 employees and maintains a direct relationship with its fishermen. 90% of its catch comes from the Gasp\u00e9 Peninsula, the rest from the Magdalen Islands, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. Its production facility is in St-Anne des Monts, and includes a gourmet bistro coffee shop for fine products. Fresh products are delivered 3 times a week to Montreal and Quebec City.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
