Via Capitale du Mont-Royal agency is renowned for its environmental awareness and supports ecological initiatives of all kinds, reducing plastic waste being one of them.

Recently, the agency partnered with Remplis Vert, a non-profit providing water filling service points aimed at reducing the use of disposable plastic bottles.

Since June 8, our offices have become a drinking water supply oasis for passers-by who wish to fill their reusable bottle during the summer period. Bowls for all pets are also available and placed outside by the door.

This initiative not only represents an eco-friendly gesture, but is also an opportunity for visitors to discover the agency, to learn more about the real estate offer of its brokers, and above all, to meet the wonderful people who bring life to the agency.
