As of the resumption of activity, all agencies will be able to reopen and welcome their clients, although virtual tours continue to be recommended. There will no longer be any priority transactions since they will all be permitted. The Government has not issued any type of restriction other than the hygiene rules imposed on all industries and the public.

For the rest, it is up to each broker and client to use his or her common sense to ensure his or her own safety and that of others. To help them, the OACIQ has distributed to all brokers a professional practices guide containing recommendations and the rules established by the Government.

If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to ask your broker what measures he or she plans to put in place.
